i have a job with an electric window and a motomate to power it (part number 800594. i am unable to get it to opperate. the instructions from the supplier are not at all helpful (in italian and minimal ). when connecting open (in1) or close (in2) to common (+24v) as the instruction advise the motor only moves 1/4 turn. from looking at your website it seems that this unit has an internal plc. am i able to get program and cable or connections for this to help with fault finding, or do you have further advise for me (be kind!).

Motomate part no. 80 059 401 is a special product, I am not familiar with it. The Motomate catalog and brochure have the connection diagrams for all 3 cables of the standard products. For the controller cable, pin 10 should be +24 VDC and pin 9 is the ground connection. A +24 VDC signal to Input 1 on pin 1 will cause it to change from a low to a high condition.

The Motomate software is not currently loaded on our web server. It can be purchased from a Crouzet North America distributor as part no. 79 294 792. It is not very expensive. There is a distributor listing on the Crouzet USA website.
