Crouzet part no. 88 826 014, but the minimum voltage is 24VDC.

Another option is part no. 88 826 100 timer that will operate at 12VDC/AC with a relay output.

There are some distributors that still have part no. BAS U MAC/DC or BAS U MAD in stock. A distributor stock search on the Crouzet USA website will provide the distibutor information. Search for "BAS".
