I need the CTD 43 User Manual

The part number of temperature controller is 89.421.109

Itīs showing the message "301 err" on display

You can download the instruction manual from here: www.crouzet-usa.com/PDF/Instructions/CTD_h_43_46_manual.pdf

According to this manual, error code 301 corresponds to "RTD input calibration error".

I think that the only way to correct this is to send the product back to the factory.
