Positive Opening Limit Switches Offer key Advantages
Positive Opening" simply means that the normally closed (NC) terminal is forced open, even in the event of "welding" of the contacts due to an overload situation. This line of limit switches features international and industry standard mounting holes. They are available in a wide range of actuator styles, and 1/2" NPT or metric fittings. Positive opening contacts are standard. Other contact arrangements are available; including break-before-make positive opening, make-before-break positive opening, 2X normally closed positive opening, 2X normally open, and DPDT versions.
